Do you know you can let the school know about your student’s early departure via QParents?
Alternatively, if you know you will be collecting your student early from school, you can notify the office in a few other ways.
- Email
- Call (at least 30 minutes prior to departure time)
- Write a note in your students organiser
If your student presents to the office in the morning, and we have been notified by one of the ways above, we will issue them an early departure pass.
They can then show their teacher, at the appropriate time, to be released from class to present to Administration.
When you have arrived to collect your student, you will need to call the office to let us know.
Please note that this is particularly important if you need to collect your student during break times
